Welcome New Campers!

We had a relaxing morning this morning - our two week campers slept in, had delicious pancakes cooked by Camp Director Ted, and spent the rest of the morning doing some choice activities such as grooming horses or going on a hike. In the afternoon, they had a brief rest hour before heading to the pool - a great day to relax and gear up for another packed week!

In the early afternoon, we began greeting new arrivals to camp! Everyone got checked in, met their cabinmates, and headed to the barn for a brief riding evaluation. We ate dinner, and the two week campers played games while the new campers went up to the barn for a tour and safety orientation. We all gathered together for Trading Post time and then went to Pow Wow Point, where we had our special bandanna ceremony which begins every week of camp.

Here are a few pictures from this afternoon and evening. To see a larger view of any picture, just click on it!

Rain or shine, we're jumping right in with all sorts of riding and other fun tomorrow and we'll be updating as much as possible!
