Always Fun and Games

Hello Everyone!

Thanks for checking in! The girls have had a bast so far here at camp! We've had a few runs of our morning rotations, including a riding lesson, a horse science lesson, and a non-horse related class like arts and crafts. As well as that, we had an Eventing themed afternoon, and today the girls are doing mounted games! Everyone is having a great time! Enjoy the photos :D

Riding Demos Sat 6-27

Due to the weather and rainfall, unfortunately we will have to cancel tomorrow's Riding Demonstrations. Our rings are currently holding a lot of water and will not dry out by tomorrow. They will be very slippery and wet for the foreseeable future and so for everyone's safety we will not be running any riding tomorrow. We are very sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience. Check out will still run from 9 am to 11 am Saturday morning.

Checking in at the Ridge!

Hi Everyone!

The girls have had a great few days at camp! We had an Olympics theme yesterday, and today we have planned out our demonstrations, made treats for our favorite horses and spent some time with our cabins bareback riding! What great fun! We also welcomed the newest addition to our Hoofbeat Family - Whoopi the cat! Check out all the pictures below!

A beautiful day for riding!

Hello Everyone!

Today has been absolutely stunning - a perfect day for riding! The girls had a blast in their morning classes, and are having a grand time on their rodeo afternoon, with mounted activities like Pole Bending and Barrel Racing! We are planning on playing a camp favorite, Capture the Flag, this evening!

Camp Ahoy! Monday at Hoofbeat!

Hi Everyone!

The girls had a great day today, despite the rainy weather! We started our mornings playing Scatters and bag skits, and having some awesome cabin time too! In the afternoon, we ran our skill classes! Because of the rainy weather, our lessons were shortened slightly, but the girls still had a blast riding their horses! In the evening, we headed back to the barn to enjoy some more pony time, before relaxing at Trading Post and enjoying a stunning sunset!

Our Mini Trip: The Big Cat Rescue Santuary

Hi Everyone!

Look at what we got up to over the weekend! The girls had a blast visiting all the awesome big cats, from panthers to tigers! We got a private tour and we got to see a feeding! What an amazing trip! Enjoy the photos :)

Bareback riding!
